In this part-time, onsite travel position for the 2026–2027 school year, you'll provide specialized instruction to a caseload of 8 students, tailoring support to their unique needs. Qualifications:
- Washington State certification for Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI) required
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- Prior experience as a Visually Impaired Teacher preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of 8 students, delivering services based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly needs (approximately 15 hours per week)
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for students with visual impairments
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families
- Accurately document and report on student progress
