Desired Experience and Skills:
- Valid Florida Professional TVI License and OMS Certification
- Experience working with K-12 students who are visually impaired
- Testing and screening expertise preferred
- School-based experience strongly preferred (not required)
- Comfort with hybrid (onsite and virtual) service delivery
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver itinerant instruction at 2–3 schools per day (up to 13 locations)
- Serve a caseload of 15–20 K-12 students, both directly and indirectly
- Conduct student screenings and assessments
- Provide monthly consultative services as needed
- Collaborate on flexible schedules and commute plans
- Complete district-specific onboarding and credentialing
