Qualifications:
- Florida Professional Teacher of the Visually Impaired license (TVI)
- Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) Certification
- Testing/screening experience preferred
- School-based experience strongly preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect services for K-12 students across multiple schools (2-3 sites daily)
- Perform screenings and consultative services (some once per month)
- Travel between school sites with district main office as homebase
- Deliver both in-person and virtual support in a flexible hybrid format
- Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 students
