Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) required.
- Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) is mandatory.
- Comfortable delivering individualized instruction in a pediatric, 1:1 setting.
- Previous experience working with children who have visual impairments preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with educational teams and families.
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to classroom and student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized educational support to a specific student, adapting materials and lesson plans to suit their unique needs.
- Assess student progress and adjust strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
