Desired Qualifications:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver specialized instruction to students with visual impairments in elementary, middle, and high school
- Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using both formal and informal evaluation tools
- Collaborate with educational teams to tailor interventions and instructional goals
- Prepare documentation and participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings to ensure compliance and support for students
- Help create a supportive classroom environment that fosters student achievement and independence
