We have multiple openings for Assistive Technologists (ATs) serving K-12 students across various sites. With an immediate start through the end of the school year, you’ll collaborate on an onsite-only basis—making a lasting impact in a dynamic school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid California license in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Compliance with California state regulations and credentialing for Assistive Technology professionals is required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or recognized industry certification preferred
- Proven experience working within a school setting supporting K-12 populations
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads across multiple locations
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement assistive technology strategies tailored to students’ individual educational needs
- Travel between school sites as needed to provide onsite services and consultations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to integrate technology solutions into IEPs and classroom learning
- Train staff and caregivers in effective use of AT devices and software
- Document interventions and progress, maintaining compliance with state and district policies
