Desired Qualifications:
- Active California licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Formal degree or industry-recognized credential in Assistive Technology in compliance with state requirements
- Prior experience working within a school environment and familiarity with K-12 caseloads
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs for assistive technology and collaborate in developing individualized support plans
- Implement, monitor, and maintain AT devices, software, and adaptive equipment
- Deliver guidance and training to educators, families, and students on effective technology use
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state and district AT protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive and accessible learning environments for all students
