Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active DOE certification
- Demonstrated experience as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
- Proficient in Braille and assistive technology (Federal Quota familiarity a plus)
- Comfortable with both general education and multi-disability classroom environments
- Experience with IEPs (preferably using TN Pulse platform)
- Fingerprint clearance required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide itinerant TVI support across assigned K-12 campuses
- Travel between schools with efficiently planned schedules
- Engage in IEP development and meetings for your caseload
