Qualifications:

  • Active DOE certification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Virtual TVI (for VOCO/virtual roles)
  • Proficiency with Braille and assistive technology (Federal Quota knowledge preferred)
  • Comfortable working with general and special education populations
  • Must complete fingerprinting and credentialing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct instruction and support to K-12+ students in multiple schools
  • Travel between assigned schools (schedule built to minimize travel time)
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings using the TN Pulse platform
  • Provide expertise in Braille, Chromebooks, and accessible technology solutions
